The work will be involve being part of a wide variety of projects across the company and film & TV industry, from working with schools, on TV projects, helping actors secure work in the industry and supporting the daily running of the YAFTA Academy. The company is a vibrant, growing organisation in the film & TV sector and we are looking for someone who would like to help the company grow whilst being part of an energetic team. Hours and rates of pay are negotiable depending on availability and experience respectively.

PA to the Managing Director
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work across different sectors to support the Managing Director. Work will involve supporting the MD in work as a psychologist in the film & TV industry, working on high profile TV shows, and supporting the MD in a variety of tasks across the YAFTA businesses.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience of working as a Personal Assistant for a busy and fast paced individual.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Be available to work flexible hours as the job requires.
The ability to work independently.
Be comfortable managing the diary and commitments of the managing director.
You will be supporting work on high profile TV productions and will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
